The center point of the world, the mainland, and home to land dwellers. While this land was stripped of military power outside the land due to conflicts with the sea emperors, its citizens still utilize their seafaring skills to navigate the oceans. The people are always busy and bustling to make ends meet, continuing to innovate and explore whatever makes life fulfilling on the small landmass.

Golden Palace (Capital)
The largest city in the landmass and where the Emperor resides. It's city walls are extremely vast, filled with most of the land's population. Colorful painted buildings accented in gold surround the space. The Golden Palace is no different, glistening in its name and spiraling upwards to overlook the kingdom. Some say the sun hits just right on the top of its spire.

The smaller islands of the continent, comprising of the Silver, Jade, and Bronze islands. These islands are often home to multiple pirate hideouts, most in the forests or in caves.
Draconian's Teeth
Eastern most mountains that are occupied by Winged Dragons.
Tempest Mountains
Western most mountains that are occupied by Winged Dragons. Seperates the Crowned Islands and the Golden Mainland. Traversing these mountains are highly advised against due to rough terrain.

Silver Island
Tundra covered island, covered with mountains also occupied by Winged Dragons.
Bronze Islands
Largest collection of islands with brilliant metal veins in the mountains and caves of the islands.
Coiling Beaches
A unique type of gulf that has a coiling landmass, its beaches often small.
Fortune's Hideaway
A small island with a port for the West Sea. Named as such due to the mass amount of treasure found by the West Sea.
Wandering Seas
The largest port point of the entire continent, with ships sailing through the body of water and out to sea with much safety from the ocean's elements. Many festivities on the lake occur here.
Flickering Wilds
Ophidian Shoals
Home of the kingdom of the Ophidian Shoals, often left alone due to distance from Capital and proximity to dragon territory. Shoals are vast and bright blue.
Ashen Forest
A forest dominated by dragons, with wood and stone charred by constant territorial disputes and fire. However, plants regrow twice as fast in this area without reason.
Jade Island
Island with lush green forests and popular for excavation for precious gemstones. The Northern most part of the island holds a port for the North Sea, though is not often managed.
Mermaid's Cove
A romantic getaway spot for couples. has a heart-shaped lake and pink sands, often a popular destination for weddings or dates.
Siren's Sinkhole
A deep sinkhole that is said to lead under the entire continent towards the East Sea. It is said that sirens come up to lure dwellings inside, the sinkhole holding special transformation properties.
Lotus Lakes
A central location for the Lotus Sect, it is a giant lake in the shape of a lotus. The lake, rivers, and delta contain the greatest number of natural lotus flowers in the continent.
Lung's Sea
Derived from the original sea serpents, it was named after the shape, not necessarily due to sea dragon sightings. The channel of the sea contains a port for the East Sea.
Glistening Desert
A vast desert known for its glistening sand at certain points of dawn and dusk. Few oasis points are in these sands.
Heavenly Isles
Beautiful isles that are often untouched due to proximity near dragon territory. Many hideaways can be made here, with the Southern most isle containing a port to the South Sea.
Ember Lake
A popular lake for dragons to rest and bathe near. Countless of precious scales can be found at the bottom of the lake.

1 / Role of the Sunland Emperor
During the beginning of the world, the role of the Sunland emperor is to assist with bringing together the four emperors in times of conflict.
2 / Expansion and Dueling
Dwellings explore Sunland to its fullest throughout the dynasties. Conflicts with winged dragons occurs, and seafaring becomes popular.
3 / Draconic Wildfires
Winged dragons, threatened by expansion, burn down villages. Warnings are given to the public to leave dragon territories alone, forcing dwellings to share land.
4 / Battle of Crimson Waters
During the 10th Dynasty, a conflict between sea pirates and the Sunland emperor emerged. A large naval fight occurs in the North Sea, with the North sea king interfering to drown all who hurt merfolk on either side.
5 / Barring of Sailing
Due to the increase of sea pirates, Sunland is barred from ships traveling over the North and West Seas during the 11th dynasty.
6 / Droughts
Positive reception of dwellings dwindle, and the East Sea stops giving rainwater to the land. Droughts and storms start to impact the land of the Eastern coast.
7 / Murder of a Sea King
The original 12th Dynasty ruler enacts a plan to kill Emperor Takara for neglect of the people. Leviathans are risen and slays Takara.
8 / Sunland's Exile
For the offense of murdering a sea king, Sunland is a condemned nation. All land dwellings who travel beyond Sunland shores will be imprisoned or put to death in undersea court of law. Rainwater will no longer be provided.
9 / Aditya
Aditya is elected as the new emperor of Sunland. Efforts to localize resources and improve the food scarcity issue are made.
10 / Forgiveness
During Emperor Yasuki's rule, Aditya reaches out to ask for forgiveness from Sunland. The emperor accepts, with the East Sea providing rainwater again. Sunland becomes allies with the East Sea.
11 / Pearl Crisis
Storms rage around the continent of Sunland. Aditya allows merfish seeking refuge from the storms to find asylum along Sunland shores.
12 / Good Graces
For assisting merfish, the four sea kings lift restrictions off of Sunland and recognize the nation once more.
13 / Golden Crisis
The four sea emperors are invited to celebrate reunification. However, a golden winged dragon impersonates the emperor and traps the kings. Umiko is able to save Sunland.
14 / Era of Peace
The four sea kings allow for Sunland's dwellings to sail their seas again, with all seas being allies with Sunland.
